Is there a free trial available?

Macaw is free to try for as long as you like. We offer 3 free articles to get started — no credit card required. These articles should be more than enough for you to see if Macaw is the right fit for your content strategy (Spoilers: it will be!).

Can I change my plan later?

Of course you can change or cancel when ever you like. Our pricing is designed to scale with your needs.

How long do I wait before I start seeing results?

Typically 3-6 weeks. Many factors contribute to your success with content meaning. Our goal is for you to get a 10x ROI on your investment in the first 12 months at minimum. We have a very healthy monthly renewal rate above 90%, so you can rest assured that most brands using Macaw find success.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you offer discounts?

For Starter, Pro and Scale plans we do not offer any discounts. We do offer custom plans with bulk pricing which works out significantly cheaper than our self serve options. Custom plans include tailored terms and pricing for agencies and large projects.
